ABOSON offers products with the finest quality. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept returns within 21 days from the receipt of merchandise.Non-Defective Products
Non-Defective products may be returned. Before returning a product, you must email customer service department at askaboson@aboson.com or call 914-813-0766 to request a Return Authorization (R.A.) number.All non-defective returns have to be in un-opened, sellable condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Credit will be issued as follows: Credit = Item Cost – 25% Restocking Fee. We can either issue you a store credit or credit to your credit card account.
Defective Products
We are sensitive to the problems incurred with defective merchandise and will send replacement to you. Sales Tax
For orders sent to a New York address, a sales tax of 8.5% will be collected. No Sales Tax will be collected for non-New-York addresses.We will gladly credit sales tax for resellers or government institutions. Just fax us a copy of your tax-exemption form with an address matching your order's billing or shipping address to: 914-813-0766. Please include a copy of your receipt or your order number.

Standard ground shipping is available for US and Canada domestic customers only (contiguous United States, including APO/FPO). Items may be shipped by UPS, FedEx, DHL, or US mail.
